Brief introduction: 

 A live flange refers to a flange that is loosely slaped at the edge of a container or pipe. Flanges are parts connected to each other between shafts, which are used for the connection between pipe ends; there are also flanges used for the import and export of equipment, which are used for the connection between two devices. 

 The live flange belongs to the pine flange. The trusing edge can be made by turning the edge, directly turning out or welding the ring separately. The advantage is that when the flange is deformed, no additional torque is generated on the container or pipe, which is convenient to manufacture. It can be manufactured with different materials from containers or pipes, which is convenient for saving precious metals. The disadvantage is that the flange thickness is large. It is suitable for occasions where containers or pipes are lined with brittle materials and low pressure.
