Why do the production of flanges and valves require heat treatment?
Ordinary flanges and valves generally do not require heat treatment. But sometimes, when they have requirements for strength, hardness, rust resistance, etc., heat treatment is required.
Heat treatment refers to a metal heat processing process in which the material is heated, insulated and cooled to obtain the expected structure and performance in the solid state.
The valve is a control component in the fluid conveying system, which has the functions of shut-off, regulating, guiding, preventing countercurrent, regulating pressure, diverting or overflowing.
